A.B.T.™ ECL Western Blotting Substrat, SUN yüksek hassasiyet ile proteinlerin ve nükleik asitlerin kemilüminesans tespiti için tasarlanan kemilüminesans substratıdır. Western blot çalışmalarında,  düşük femtogramdan yüksek attogram seviyelerine kadar HRP ile konjüge edilmiş moleküllerin  yüksek hassasiyet ve duyarlılık ile tespit edilmesini sağlar. Bu nedenle, proteinlerin düşük yoğunlukta olduğu durumlarda veya protein ifadesinin düşük olduğu örneklerin çalışılması için ideal bir seçenektir.

 

The peroxidase-catalyzed oxidation of luminol and its derivatives produces a weak flash of light at 425 nm. The incorporation of an electron transfer mediator into the buffer forces the flash signal into a glow and greatly improves the analytical characteristics of the reaction in terms of increased signal intensity and duration. Recent works have shown that, by the addition of a suitable acylation catalyst, a further large increase in light output is observed.

A.B.T.™ ECL Western Blotting Substrate, SUN detection reagents are non-isotopic, chemiluminescence substrates, designed for the chemiluminescent detection of immobilized proteins and immobilized nucleic acids conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

A.B.T.™ ECL Western Blotting Substrate, SUN is a two-component chemiluminescent substrate for Western blotting and offers different levels of sensitivity for your Western blotting, allowing from picogram to femtogram detection range. Our proprietary technology enables fine-tuning of signal intensity in order to obtain the assay sensitivity and signal duration best suited to meet each experimental need.
