A.B.T.™ 2X HS-PCR MasterMix (with UDG)

This product is a master mix containing hot start Taq DNA polymerase , dNTPs, UDG, enhancer, MgCl2 and 10X PCR Buffer.

A.B.T.™ 2X HS-PCR MasterMix with UDG is eminently effective a PCR MasterMix solution. The MasterMix solution is ready for use. A hot start Taq DNA Polymerase (antibody mediated), enhancer, MgCl2, stabilizer, dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dUTP and Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG) are the components of the MasterMix. The task of UDP and dUTP in the MasterMix is to effectively prevent carry-over contamination of PCRs. To prevent carry-over contamination dUTP incorporate in all amplified PCR products and UDG removes uracil residues from the DNA chain. Thus, the DNA containing the uracil residue cannot act as a template for subsequent PCRs. A.B.T.™ 2X HS-PCR MasterMix with UDG is suitable for hot start PCR, needed high reproducibility PCR, high-throughput PCR, and producing DNA template to sequencing. A.B.T.™ 2X HS-PCR MasterMix with UDG has an exceptionally processive 5’→3’ DNA polymerase but lacks the 3’→5’ proofreading and 3’→5’ exonuclease activity features.
