This product contains 2X miRqGreen Master Mix and ROX reference dye.
A.B.T.™ 2X miRqGreen MasterMix (with ROX) incorporating SYBR-Green dye is suitable for miRNA quantitative Real-time PCR. The MasterMix solution is ready for use. A hot start Taq DNA Polymerase (antibody mediated), enhancer, MgCl2, stabilizer, dNTPs and SYBR-Green I dye are the components of the MasterMix. miRNA cDNA samples are strongly amplified and distinguished with the MasterMix. A.B.T.™ 2X miRqGreen MasterMix (without ROX) is also available for situations that do not require reference dye.
