This product contains 2X Multi Probe MasterMix and Rox reference dye. UDG is also included.
A.B.T.™ 2X Multi Probe MasterMix (with UDG) is suitable for most of quantitative Real-time PCR. The MasterMix solution is ready for use. A hot start Taq DNA Polymerase (antibody mediated), enhancer, MgCl2, stabilizer, dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dUTP and Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG) are the components of the MasterMix. The task of UDG and dUTP in the MasterMix is to effectively prevent carry-over contamination of PCRs. To prevent carry-over contamination dUTP incorporate in all amplified PCR products and UDG removes uracil residues from the DNA chain. Thus, the DNA containing the uracil residue cannot act as a template for subsequent PCRs. A.B.T.™ 2X Multi Probe MasterMix (with UDG) is highly compatible with fluorescent labeled probes (e.g. Taqman probes). The MasterMix is suitable for real-time PCR, gene knockdown verification, gene expression profiling and array validation applications.
