Description: A.B.T.™ 2X One-Step qRT-PCR MasterMix (without SYBR) is an optimized solution for one-step qRT-PCR applications. The MasterMix is ready for use. A genetically modified M-MLV RTase, antibody-mediated hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, MgCl2, dNTPs, stabilizer and enhancer are the components of the MasterMix. Reaction buffer in the kit allows for RT reaction temperatures up to 50°C. This situation can increase the efficiency of the reaction by melting secondary RNA structures and reducing non-specific priming. A.B.T.™ 2X One-Step qRT-PCR MasterMix (without SYBR) presents a one-step and practical assay for the detection of gene expression directly from RNA. The MasterMix is suitable for one-step quantitative real-time RT-PCR, gene knockdown verification, gene expression profiling and array validation applications. Fluorescent Dye (SYBR-Green, Eva-Green, etc.) not included in this kit.
