A.B.T.™ 2X PCR MasterMix (with BlueDye, with UDG)
This product is a master mix containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, UDG, enhancer, MgCl2 , 10X PCR Buffer and blue dye for agarose gel tracking.
A.B.T.™ 2X PCR MasterMix is eminently effective and budget a PCR MasterMix solution. The MasterMix solution is ready for use. The amplification capacity of the MasterMix can reach up to 5000 nucleotides. Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, enhancer, MgCl2 and stabilizer are the components of the MasterMix. The PCR products are suitable with T/A cloning. A.B.T.™ 2X PCR MasterMix provides admirable and coherent products in conventional PCR, RT-PCR, colony PCR and high-throughput genotyping. A.B.T.™ 2X PCR MasterMix has an exceptionally processive 5’→3’ DNA polymerase but lacks the 3’→5’ proofreading and 3’→5’ exonuclease activity features. PCR products of A.B.T.™ 2X PCR MasterMix with BlueDye can be directly loaded onto an agarose gel. There is no need for dyes and an additional loading buffer. A.B.T.™ 2X PCR MasterMix without Dye is also available for situations that do not require loading dye.
