A.B.T.™ 2X qPCR EVA-Green MasterMix (with ROX)
This product contains 2X qPCR Sybr-Green Master Mix and ROX reference dye.
A.B.T.™ 2X qPCR EVA-Green MasterMix (with ROX) incorporating EVA-Green dye is suitable for most of quantitative Real-time PCR. The MasterMix solution is ready for use. A hot start Taq DNA Polymerase (antibody mediated), enhancer, MgCl2, stabilizer, dNTPs and EVA-Green dye are the components of the MasterMix. DNA samples such as cDNA, genomic DNA and plasmid DNA are strongly amplified and distinguished with the MasterMix. A.B.T.™ 2X qPCR EVA-Green MasterMix (with ROX) is suitable for real-time PCR, SNP genotyping, gene expression profiling, detection and quantification of DNA and cDNA targets, gene knockdown verification, viral load determination, array validation and microbial detection applications. A.B.T.™ 2X qPCR EVA-Green MasterMix (without ROX) is also available for situations that do not require reference dye.
