A.B.T.™ Autophagy Predesigned miRNA Plate Array
This product contains 96-well miR-cDNA Synthesis Plate and miR-qPCR MasterMix Plate.
The A.B.T.™ Autophagy Predesigned miRNA Plate Array are designed for profiling the expressions of pre-defined sets of miRNAs in autophagy pathway. The resulting differential expressions of profiled miRNAs help researchers to identify those miRNAs that are of biological significance and importance relevant to their research.
Each 96-well plate contains up to 96 pairs of PCR primers (forward: miRNA-specific stem-loop primer; reverse: universal primer). Each miRNA-specific primer used in the qPCR arrays has been experimentally validated to yield a single dissociation curve peak and to generate a single amplification of the correct size for the targeted miRNA. The A.B.T.™ Autophagy Predesigned miRNA Plate Array have been optimized to produce high sensitivity, efficiency, and specificity.
The A.B.T.™ Autophagy Predesigned miRNA Plate Array uses real-time PCR technology to quantitatively measure miRNAs. The experimental procedure includes two major steps;
1. miRNA cDNA Synthesis: miR-cDNA Synthesis Plate containing predesigned miRNA specific stem-loop primer is used to reverse transcribe the miRNA.
2. qPCR Detection: miR-qPCR MasterMix Plate containing miRqGreen MasterMix specifically detects the reverse transcribed miRNA (the miRNA-specific forward primer is used with the universal reverse PCR primer).
