This product contains GenEx SYBR Assay and MasterMix. ROX is not included.
A.B.T.™ GenEx SYBR Assay use SYBR Green chemistry to amplify and detect gene expression level in cDNA samples. Each assay enables determination of gene expression of individuals for a single gene and consists of two sequence-specific primers and SYBR Green dye to detect of gene expression levels. A.B.T.™ GenEx SYBR Assay also contains a MasterMix solution. The MasterMix solution is ready for use. A hot start Taq DNA Polymerase (antibody mediated), dNTPs, enhancer, MgCl2 and stabilizer are the components of the MasterMix.
