A.B.T.™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase is hot start Taq DNA polymerase which is an antibody mediated enzyme and highly convenient for real-time PCR, high-specific hot-start PCR and multiplex PCR. The enzyme is an exceptionally processive 5’→3’ DNA polymerase but lacks the 3’→5’ proofreading and 3’→5’ exonuclease activity features.
