A.B.T.™ miR cDNA Synthesis Kit is a miRNA cDNA synthesis kit containing all the components necessary to obtain miRNA cDNA in a high yield from miRNA samples. The RNase presented in the kit adequately protects RNA templates against degradation. Specific stem-loop primer is required to obtain miRNA cDNA. Therefore, stem-loop primer is not included in this kit components. The first strand of miRNA cDNA can be directly used as a template in qPCR.
