A.B.T.™ PCR PreMix 8-Strip Tube (with BlueDye)

This product contains all PCR components inside 8-strip tubes with blue dye for agarose gel tracking.

A.B.T.™ PCR PreMix 8-Strip Tube is eminently effective and budget a PCR PreMix. The PreMix is ready for use. A.B.T.™ PCR PreMix 8-Strip Tube makes the PCR application practical by combining all lyophilized components required for PCR reaction in a single tube. The amplification capacity of the PreMix can reach up to 5000 nucleotides. Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, enhancer, MgCl2 and stabilizer are the components of the PreMix. The PCR products are suitable with T/A cloning. A.B.T.™ PCR PreMix provides admirable and coherent products in conventional PCR, RT-PCR, colony PCR and high-throughput genotyping. PCR products of A.B.T.™ PCR PreMix 8-Strip Tube with BlueDye can be directly loaded onto an agarose gel. There is no need for dyes and an additional loading buffer. A.B.T.™ PCR PreMix 8-Strip Tube without Dye is also available for situations that do not require loading dye.
