This product contains Pfu DNA polymerase and 10X PCR Buffer with dNTPs.

A.B.T.™ Premier Pfu DNA Polymerase is a thermally steady DNA polymerase enzyme from Pyrococcus furiosus (Pfu, a hyperthermophile archea species). The enzyme is a quite processive 5’→3’ DNA polymerase and has the 3’→5’ proofreading and 3’→5’ exonuclease activity features. A.B.T.™ Premier Pfu DNA Polymerase has much more accuracy than normal Taq polymerases. Because of these properties, A.B.T.™ Premier Pfu DNA Polymerase is suitable for high quality polymerization synthesis.
