A.B.T.™ ROX Reference Dye (50X)
This product contains 50X Rox Reference dye.
ROX dye is passive reference dye. Certain instruments may need reference dye for qPCR amplifications. Since the fluorescence of the dye does not change during the reaction, it normalizes non-PCR-related fluctuations in fluorescence. In this way, incorrect results from due to artifacts such as pipetting errors or instrument limitations are prevented.
