A.B.T.™ Single miRNA qPCR Assay is an optimized ready-to-use system for quantitative RT-PCR assays, incorporating SYBR Green dye. This assay contains miR-cDNA Synthesis Kit and miR-qPCR MasterMix. miR-cDNA Synthesis Kit and miR-qPCR MasterMix comprises all the components necessary to perform Reverse Transcription and Real-Time PCR reactions: Reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, miRNA specific stem-loop primer, antibody-mediated hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, forward and reverse primers, dNTPs, MgCl2, SYBR Green dye, ROX reference dye, enhancer and stabilizer. The user simply needs to add template miRNA. The kit provides a simple, robust, inexpensive assay for detection and quantitative analysis of miRNA expression
